We take immense pride in our mission: Transforming lives through the teachings of Jesus Christ within the Catholic tradition. This mission serves as the guiding light for everything we do to holistically nurture students to grow in mind, body, and spirit. Overview

Bishop Hartley High School is a private, co-ed, Catholic high school in the Diocese of Columbus. With approximately 700 students enrolled in grades nine through twelve, Bishop Hartley is big enough to offer a wide variety of classes and be financially stable, yet small enough that we do not lose familiarity with students and families.

Promoting a culture of belonging, the Bishop Hartley House System ensures that students are embraced in the “Hartley Family Spirit” while recognizing them for their gifts and talents.

The friendly face of a student in the hallway, the positive encouragement of a coach, the dedication of teachers, the helpful attitude of staff, the support of family, friends, and alumni—these are all part of what makes Bishop Hartley High School a place where every student can feel at home.
