Coaches Biography
Coach Rahe is in his 13th year as Head Girls Volleyball Coach at Bishop Hartley High School, bringing more than 22 years of coaching experience to the program. Over the course of his career, Coach Rahe has achieved more than 300 victories as a head coach. Prior to joining Bishop Hartley, he spent four seasons as the Head Volleyball Coach at Madison Christian, where he earned over 40 wins. In addition to his volleyball coaching duties, Coach Rahe also serves as the Girls Bowling Coach during the winter season.
Throughout his tenure at Bishop Hartley, Coach Rahe has been recognized for his leadership and excellence, earning numerous awards, including three State Coach of the Year honors—most recently in 2022—and six District Coach of the Year awards. Under his guidance, Bishop Hartley has produced two All-American athletes.
Before assuming head coaching positions, Coach Rahe began his coaching career as an assistant at Christ the King and St. Catherine’s Junior High School, where he developed his passion for mentoring young athletes and building successful programs.
