Bishop Hartley High School offers a number of ways for community, families, alumni, and others to give back. These include the Hartley Annual Fund, Emmaus Road Scholarship Program (SGO), Endowment Funds, Capital Gifts, and the Evening of Excellence.

  • Hartley Annual Fund

    The Hartley Annual Fund is our unrestricted fund, supporting all aspects of the Hartley Experience. Every student and teacher benefits through a gift to this fund, which in part funds Catholic culture, teacher recruitment and retention, scholarships and financial aid, technology, and building maintenance.  

  • Capital Gifts

    Capital Gifts are restricted donations used to finance the new building projects, construction or renovations of Hartley school facilities.

    Sponsoring Bishop Hartley High School is more than a contribution to the Hartley Annual Fund-it's a commitment to shaping the future. Your support directly impacts students by enhancing academic programs, expanding athletic and arts opportunities, and strengthening our catholic mission.

  • Emmaus Road Scholarship Fund (SGO)

    The Emmaus Road Scholarship Fund (SGO) is a unique opportunity to make a Hartley education accessible and affordable while also receiving an Ohio Tax credit through your donation.  

  • Evening of Excellence

    The Evening of Excellence brings our community together for Hartley’s largest fundraiser, to support the Bishop Hartley Annual Fund.  The Evening of Excellence helps provide funds to cover the difference between tuition and the actual cost of a Hartley education. 

  • Endowment Funds

    An Endowment Fund is a steady source of support where the principal of a gift remains invested at all times, with the investment income being used to fund ongoing needs at Bishop Hartley. Giving to Hartley’s endowment fund or starting your own family’s fund is an excellent way for those wishing to provide a long-term investment for our school and students.
